Warning, spoilers: Joe Goldberg is back. After his escape from the USA (the last season took place in a small Californian suburb), presumably the most popular stalker of the streaming platform Netflix goes to Europe in "You". His search for the love interest from season 3, Marienne Bellamy, takes him to Paris - and finally to London.
The passionate stalker, now appearing as literature professor Jonathan Moore, once again becomes entangled in murder cases. While the viewers, together with the anti-hero try to figure out who the culprit is, he takes us to numerous places in the British metropolis.

Joe has built a new life for himself as a university professor in London. The fourth season is set in the fictional Darcy College, and the Royal Holloway, University of London, served as the filming location, especially for the outdoor scenes. It was founded in 1879 and has been part of the University of London since 1900. However, the extensive campus is not located directly in the city, but in Egham in Surrey, about 30 kilometers away.

According to his own statements, Joe can walk home from his workplace, Darcy College, even though it's supposed to be on the other side of town. Whether this is realistic or not remains to be seen. The exterior shots for his apartment, however, know how to please and were shot in South Kensington, in the Kynance Mews.

As Lady Phoebe's new favorite, Joe is invited to the noblewoman's country home together with the illustrious London circle. The party, which degenerates into a murderous affair, was filmed in Hertfordshire, at Knebworth House. Originally built in 1490, the manor house was almost entirely remodeled in the 19th century. In addition to the main house, the property has extensive gardens and a park. Knebworth House can be visited on selected days beginning March 19, 2023.

To spy on Marienne (Tati Gabrielle), Joe goes to St. Pancras International Station. Here the original location was used. The train station with its red brick walls - on whose roof the Beatles once gave a concert - was opened in 1868.
