If you want to spend your holiday actively, you should definitely consider a trip to Colombia. How about for example a Trekking through the jungle? Then the Valle del Cocora with its gigantic palm trees, mystical cloud forest and dancing hummingbirds in Colombia's coffee region definitely belongs on the bucket list. If you're more comfortable, a full-day jeep tour from picturesque Salento through the national park is the way to go. There, the impossibly large Quindio wax palms regularly impress holidaymakers.
