Chef Sanjeet Gopal and his team will create a five-course menu, each course of which will be paired with the Maison's fine champagnes. The focus is on local products and Maldivian flavors. Guests can already look forward to delicacies such as Gruyère and Parmesan soufflé, local fish and selected charcuterie.
