In spring and summer, Tunisia's beaches are mainly populated by people looking for a relaxing beach vacation. The North African country has as many as 140 beaches to offer. The most popular of these include Mahdia beach, Sidi Mahréz near Djerba and Chott Meriem. Temperatures drop in fall, but 30 degrees are still possible during the day until late October.
