Born out of a passion for coffee, Ben Rahim is a wonderful example of a 3rd wave coffee shop. The focus is on Arabic influences; those spoiled by Starbucks are in for a shock. There's no sugar. The emphasis is on hand-brewed coffee of the highest quality. And milk has no place in it (if the inventors have their way). Merch is also available for fans of this no-BS concept. Of course, you can also buy fine beans and accessories to take home with you.

It's "Full Taste with Zero Waste", as the restaurant promises. It certainly doesn't hurt that the food tastes good and is also pretty to look at.
