What image do you have in your head when you think of Tyrol?
Snow-capped mountains, sunshine, Seegrube - I love this place.

You live in Vienna - what do you miss most about Tyrol?
The smell of the forest, the glorious weather in winter, the clear air and yes, even the terrible Tyroleans :-), especially my family.

How can we tell that you are Tyrolean?
I always want to go out. Outside. As you say ''aussi''. And ''aui'' (up, note). I love snow and skiing.

Which Tyrolean sentence can your son speak?
My son loves Innsbruck, it's his second home. He can speak Tyrolean really well, with a crisp "R" - that was also important to me.

What place to stay would you recommend a good friend in Tyrol?
I would recommend anyone to spend the night in a mountain hut - when the sun goes down in the evening and it gets very quiet on the mountain ... There's a hotel on the Seegrube, easily accessible by cable car and yet in a high alpine atmosphere.

Which Tyrolean dish is your favorite?
Tyrolean tris, consisting of ''Schlutzkrapfen'', spinach dumplings and cheese dumplings, served with a mixed salad - best enjoyed to perfection in a mountain hut, such as the Umbrüggler Alm. My friends say that I can make spinach dumplings very well; with lots of melted butter and parmesan.

Which trip inspired you the most - and why?
Difficult question, there are so many beautiful places. I'll say backpacking through Mexico. I saw the Caribbean Sea for the first time in Tulum and it blew my mind.

What should never be missing in your suitcase?
I like to travel light and pack according to the principle of "something beautiful" (like an Hermès scarf or a Chanel lipstick), "something comfortable" (like leggings), "something warm" (like a small down jacket from Patagonia). Plus classic Levi's jeans (goes for everything), sunscreen, sunglasses, a notebook and pencil.
