The historic city of Innsbruck is enchanting - thanks to its location between imposing snow-capped mountains and its medieval old town, as well as charming echoes of imperial times. Small, quaint arcades provide a cozy atmosphere, and the numerous colorful street cafés invite you to linger. Not far from here, a new wellness oasis is now causing quite a stir: the "Corthea". The new, members-only club is located in a historic, bright yellow villa, just a five-minute walk from the most popular sight in Innsbruck, the Goldenes Dachl.

"Corthea" stands for "let the heart (cor) blossom (anthea)" - and the name says it all: the spa and fitness center is surrounded by rose gardens, offering the perfect backdrop for your own body and mind to blossom. To achieve this, "Corthea" relies on a holistic health and wellness concept combined with state-of-the-art technology. Upon request, every member receives a complete medical check when joining, including a blood analysis. The trained team of experts then designs tailor-made concepts to achieve personal goals more efficiently.

The fitness equipment at the "Corthea" is among the most modern in the country. In their virtual reality flight simulator, Icarus, for example, you fly through the air like a superhero – which is not only fun, but also burns a lot of calories and builds muscle mass. Another concept co-developed by NASA, "Vasper" training, improves physical performance in just 21 minutes. Monthly check-ups with coaches, experts and doctors ensure that your motivation remains high and goals can be achieved. The plan is adjusted as needed.

The "Corthea" also utilizes the latest methods in its wellness area: The "Stress Relief Package", for example, begins with special training and breathing exercises to activate the vagus nerve. In addition to fitness training, spa treatments and a movement lab, the "Corthea" also has a concept store in its publicly accessible inner courtyard. Here, even non-members can browse through a fine selection of natural cosmetics, stylish athletic- and yoga wear and fitness accessories.
