Award Winner Plénitude

Restaurant Plénitude opened in Paris just three years ago. But not just anywhere. It opened in the already legendary Cheval Blanc Paris. Here, chef Arnaud Donckele has his refuge on the second floor. The top French restaurateur is known for his creations. In creating them, he takes on the role of an artist, using the highest quality ingredients to create sauces that are considered the essence of French cuisine. Donckele, who originally comes from Normandy and runs two other foodie hotspots, Restaurant Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez and the fine dining restaurant Vague d'Or, has already been awarded three Michelin stars in Paris.

It currently ranks 36th on the World's Best Restaurant list, which could, of course, change when the Gastro Oscars are awarded in June. But one thing is already certain: Plénitude restaurant in Paris received the 2024 Art of Hospitality Award for its outstanding service. Led by Director Alexandre Larvoir, the team manages to convey Donckele's visions and creations to the guests. In addition, you'll encounter extra care in the design of the restaurant. Donckele and Larvoir spent two years selecting the right fabrics, ceramics and artists for the interior.

The winner of the Art of Hospitality Award 2024 was chosen by a jury called the Academy. It consists of over 1,000 people who are deeply rooted in the hospitality scene, foodies, experts and insiders.
