Because the long-term preservation of Health often goes hand in hand with fasting and prevention is becoming increasingly important in times like these, the Bleibergerhof in Carinthia is being converted into the Bleib Berg Health Retreat. The opening will take place in January - a stay can already be booked from November.
New beginning at the Health Retreat
The Bleibergerhof is currently, despite ongoing operations, revamped and reappears in January as a place for detox, stress reduction or healthy sleep with a new name, new design and new program. With a focus on holistic health, the retreat will be a place for a fresh start. And it starts with a change of diet, a more active lifestyle and mindfulness for body and mind.
The "Stay Young Method"
The basis of every stay is the "Stay Young Method", which is lived at Bleib Berg. Right at the beginning of the stay, the state of health of the guests is analyzed and a suitable program is selected. This serves to optimise the personal health with medical support. To deepen the "Bleib Jung Method", each guest can select different theme packages that best suit their own needs.
