Greek cuisine made in Dubai

Behind the GAIA concept stand Evgeny Kuzin and chef Izu Ani. They are known to be the most prominent host duo in the United Arab Emirates, celebrating the culinary tradition of Greece with their dishes. In order to do this, they use authentic, ethically produced ingredients. These may be simple and modest, but the result is a culinary experience. The food is served family style. In other words, the dishes are served together and everyone can taste them.

Both chefs, Izu Ani and Orestis Kotefas, create the Greek-Mediterranean delicacies at GAIA Marbella. The menu includes dishes such as seabass carpaccio, lamb roasted in a wood-fired oven or kritharaki orzo seafood pasta. Of course, the Signature Seafood Market is also included.

"Bringing GAIA to Andalusia is very exciting and challenging for me as a chef. Southern Spain has such a rich gastronomic culture with excellent Mediterranean products from the mountains and the sea, which makes GAIA Marbella a particularly exciting culinary experience," says Izu Ani. The evening continues at NYX, a characteristic lounge in the style of a secret bar, which guests can discover behind a discreetly hidden door in the restaurant.

Top location at the Puente Romano Beach Resort

The GAIA Marbella is located at one of the top addresses on the Costa del Sol. It has found its home in the Puente Romano Beach Resort. Once again, it lives up to its reputation of bringing iconic restaurants from all over the world to Spain. After all, there are 15 different restaurants at the resort. These include such illustrious names as Nobu, COYA and Cipriani.

In keeping with the beautiful style of the elegant luxury beach resort, the GAIA Marbella also impresses with its interior design. Here, light and warm tones dominate. They are complemented by typical stone walls. Inside you'll find pieces of furniture in deep blue tones, providing accents. Lush bougainvillea pay homage to the flora of the Cyclades. And this in turn is the inspiration for the GAIA kitchen.
