Truffle hunting in Tuscany with an exclusive dinner on a tower

For those who love culture, cuisine and nature, Tuscany is the dream destination par excellence. Five days in Bella Toscana are good for mind and soul. Travellers explore the breathtaking Maremma region on an e-bike, passing the picturesque Lago dell'Accesa, seeing small beaches and the great mines of Fenice Capanne. But a trip to Italy needs one thing above all: truffles! Therefore, the participants go on a truffle hunt, led by a real truffle hunter, complete with dogs. Afterwards, a local chef will reveal to the holidaymakers the secrets of making the perfect tagliolini pasta. An exclusive dinner on the private terrace of the Chigi Tower overlooking the Tuscan countryside also makes for an unforgettable moment. Since a stay in a Tuscan town is not to be missed, travelers will visit the medieval Monteriggione and end the day with a picnic among the vineyards. Guests can then relax at the five-star boutique hotel Borgo Santo Pietro.

Art, cuisine and culture in South Tyrol: lunch in the middle of the vineyards

South Tyrol impresses not only with its incredible mountain scenery, but also with its Mediterranean ambience and beautiful cities. During the five-day trip, participants will stroll through the alleys of Bolzano, across picturesque alpine pastures and the vineyards of Lake Kaltern, while also immersing themselves in the culture, nature and culinary delights of Italy's northernmost region. The highlight of the trip: A horse-drawn carriage ride on the Alpe di Siusi, including a stop and private concert. The lunch in the middle of the vineyards is also unique: the guests are welcomed by two winegrowers and walk with them among the vines. Then a typical lunch in the middle of the vineyards awaits the holidaymakers before they continue to the wine cellar. The guests stay overnight in a Renaissance castle in Bolzano, the Castel Hoertenberg, which delights with its historical ambience.

Here, the holidaymakers will be thrilled by a very unusual perspective: because by helicopter, the participants will experience the natural wonders of the Durmitor National Park. In the days that follow, the journey continues on the water, as a trip by sailing boat to the historic town of Korcula with its Greek influences is on the agenda. On land, travelers will then discover the idyllic coastal village of Trsteno, known for its botanical garden set in the beautiful surroundings of the former villas and summer residences of Dubrovnik's nobility. There they will learn from a local cook how to clean and prepare the catch of the day in traditional Dalmatian style.
