Some places are so beautiful that they turn every Instagram feed into a bucket list. Especially in autumn, when nature shines in bright colors, some of them are hardly recognizable. Whether they are really the most beautiful Insta-spots in autumn 2023 is of course a matter of taste, but these places in Europe push themselves way to the front:
1. Scottish Highlands, Great Britain
The Scottish Highlands offer a dramatic backdrop of fog-shrouded mountain peaks, glittering lochs and a rich history. Hiking through Glen Coe, one of Scotland's most spectacular landscapes, will leave you breathless in places - the scenery is so impressive. 4. Rhaetian railroad, switzerland

The picturesque railroad line leads through impressive gorges, over majestic bridges and through romantic tunnels. The best place to start your Instagram photo hunt is in Chur. From here, it goes all the way to Tirano in Italy, passing charming mountain villages and alpine landscapes. During a stopover in St. Moritz, you can then drop by the Hotel Grace La Margna, which has just opened and is located right next to the train station. In Disentis, the historic monastery makes for a good photo opportunity.

In autumn Bled shines in a unique splendor. The surrounding forests turn into a lively sea of colors, framing Lake Bled. The tranquil atmosphere and picturesque surroundings make it a perfect autumn destination. But it's not just nature that gets dressed up here. Bled Castle, which towers majestically over the lake, also looks very elegant with its slender turrets. The Pletna boat trip to the island of Bled and St. Mary's Church is almost a must.
