This is the hotel brand with the most Michelin stars
Boasting 32 Michelin stars, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is the world's gastronomic leader with 25 award-winning restaurants in 19 properties worldwide.
August 3, 2023
Four Seasons was able to claim culinary supremacy with a proud 32 of the coveted stars spread across 25 restaurants in 19 hotels and resorts in this year's Michelin Guide. It thus holds the most stars for a luxury hotel brand in the renowned gourmet guide. Particularly impressive is the fact that 27 of these stars went to original concept restaurants independently operated by Four Seasons.
"These well-deserved awards are products of the incredibly talented and dedicated teams across our portfolio who work tirelessly to wow and delight our guests every day while growing and achieving their own professional aspirations within this dynamic organization" said Kimberly Grant, Global Head of Restaurants and Bars at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Several Four Seasons restaurants received their first star. Among them are San Domenico Palace, Taormina, A Four Seasons Hotel under Chef Massimo Matarro; the Surf Club Restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club in Florida under Chef Thomas Keller; and Noi in the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong under chef Paolo Airaudo. The latter earned an impressive total of 7 Michelin stars, thanks to its other in-house restaurants such as Caprice, Lung King Heen, and Sushi Saito. The Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris managed a collective five stars thanks to Le Cinq, Le George, and L'Orangerie, while SÉZANNE at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo gained a second star.

Four Seasons is by no means resting on its laurels, however. On July 1, 2023, the new Pavyllon London opened at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, a partnership with renowned chef Yannick Alléno. New openings are planned later this year in Rabat (Morocco), Doha (Qatar), and Suzhou (China). Overall, more than 220 new openings are currently in the works for the coming years.
