BERTA is equally inspired by traditional recipes from grandma's secret ingredients and international cuisine. The trendy restaurant, opened in spring 2022, is located in the Price Tale hotel on Potsdamer Platz. The creative mind behind the culinary concept is none other than star chef Assaf Granit, part of the JLM Group. Therefore it should come as no surprise that the restaurant with its high-end Israeli cuisine was named after the same.

Fine regional dishes are served, with a modern interpretation. The kitchen team uses mainly products from the Berlin area for its "brutally local" cuisine.

A little bit of Austria in Germany: The name alone reveals the culinary orientation of Horváth, which rethinks Austrian cuisine in a creative way. The innovative dishes based on local, seasonal products come from the genius of Chef Sebastian Frank. True to his homeland, the dishes, such as the Singature dish "Celery Ripe and Young," are accompanied by wines with finesse. Well deserved, the Horváth has already been crowned with two Michelin stars.
