This addition to Munich opened in July of 2022, and is a perfect restaurant for Valentine's Day: a French brasserie with a Japanese twist. The young kitchen star Tom Heeg serves delicacies such as vegetarian tarte flambée with shiitake mushroom and pointed cabbage at the Schreiberei restaurant. In addition, bar manager Moe Sebralla mixes a non-alcoholic Negroni or a French aperitif at the highest level. The ambience in subtle lighting, with velvet and corduroy upholstered armchairs and seating areas, provide the perfect setting for an evening for two. In the background plays a cool sound from the resident DJ. The restaurant can be found in a central location, directly on the lively Marienplatz in the heart of the Bavarian capital Munich.
