The highlights from Edinburgh to Palermo

Each of the renowned five-star city hotels offers guests an independent program, from classical music to jazz. At Berlin's Hotel de Rome, guests are treated to in-suite dining with fare from celebrity chef Tim Mälzer's restaurant CHIARO. The musical entertainment comes courtesy of the International Opera Studio of the Berlin State Opera – which can be seen from the hotel. In Edinburgh, at the luxurious Balmoral, the gourmet dinner is accompanied by traditional Highland dancing and bagpipe sounds from "Scotland's National Piper" Louise Marshall.
