The family-run Hotel Paradies in Marling is located in the beautiful hiking area of Merano in South Tyrol. With only 20 rooms, the Vinumhotel is far more than just a vacation spot, but rather a home, characterized by a relaxed atmosphere and warm hospitality.
Craftsmanship, local quality products and an eye for the good and essential characterize the cuisine of the chef Klaus Pircher. Here the guests are spoiled every evening with fresh regional dishes. Ideally on the terrace on a balmy summer evening. In addition, there is the unique possibility to take breakfast or dinner in a wine barrel.
