Zannier Hotels is still a fairly young hotel group. But that doesn't stop it from pursuing a steady course of expansion. Even when times are a little more challenging. It's the sixth hotel in total and the first hotel in Vietnam, which opened in 2020 on the east coast of the country. International travelers, however, have so far been denied access to the hotel due to the pandemic. Now, 15 months after its opening, Vietnam is once again allowing tourists from all over the world into the country. So now there's nothing standing in the way of a stay at Zannier Hotels Bãi San Hô.
In the bay of corals
For Arnaud Zannier, the owner of the hotel group, the appeal of luxury lies in simplicity. And for him, it has a lot to do with the intrinsic connection to the unique environment of each hotel. Bãi San Hô, which translates as "Bay of Coral," is located in Phu Yen province, about 35 kilometers south of Quy Nhơn, surrounded by 98 hectares of land overlooking miles of white sandy beach. Lush hills, tropical vegetation and rice fields surround the total of 73 villas. They are all furnished with great attention to detail, and some have a private pool.
Active and relaxed at the same time
Guests enjoy the feeling of absolute solitude. Far and wide, nothing disturbs the idyll. Nevertheless, it never gets boring. A comprehensive range of water sports activities, tennis courts, a gym, and a yoga studio ensure this. Those who prefer to relax do so best in the spa. There are seven treatment rooms, a hammam, sauna and an infinity pool. Small guests are in good hands at the kids' club.
Authentic experience
Spa, kids' club, excellent restaurants: many hotels score points with these. So what makes this one so special? It's its authenticity. Arnaud Zannier traveled across the country for several months. He gathered experiences that he then incorporated into his heart's project. The Luxushideaway was created with all these impressions in mind. It seamlessly blends into the surroundings. Not a single tree had to give way for it - at most, it had to be moved. The architectural icon is the Vietnamese restaurant Bà Hai. It is built entirely of wood at a height of 12 meters and offers an impressive view over the hotel's own rice fields.
