The SILENA, your soulful hotel in the middle of the high valley of Vals in South Tyrol: a refuge of peace, a hideaway for the soul. The SILENA combines South Tyrolean art of living and tradition with Far Eastern philosophy of life: In the tea library, Asian teas meet South Tyrolean herbal infusions, the first-class gourmet restaurant combines Feng Shui with regional natural cuisine. Unique is the Location of the SILENA, the soulful hotel: In winter you stay here directly at the ski slope and the Jochtal mountain railway in Vals. In summer, a huge hiking and biking area opens up right on your doorstep. All those who would like to bring their body and soul into harmony during their holiday will be delighted with the extensive range of services. yoga offers in the beautiful yoga room with access to the Feng Shui garden or at very special power places. Other activities, which are regularly organized by SILENA, are for example trail running, fat biking, Qi Gong, breath walks or readings. On two levels, guests will find in the more than 1,550 square meters large Spa and wellness area an outdoor infinity pool, a roof terrace spa and a panoramic sauna. Beauty treatments and massages provide the deep warmth to relax after a long hike. You can switch off even better with the extensive yoga on offer. The classes take place outside whenever possible, on the roof terrace, in the high moor biotope or under the starry sky.
