- New opening JOALI BEING end of 2021
The ultra-luxurious JOALI only opened in 2018 and yet is already a real insider tip in the Maldives. The resort consists of 73 villas that do not lack luxury. From a private pool to their own butler - guests can feel completely at home here. The architecture and the interior make the hearts of design fans beat faster. A highlight on the island is the art, which can be admired at every turn and even on the seabed. From the extraordinary Arrival Jetty to statues and installations, you'll find masterpieces by Zemer Peled, Nacho Carbonell and Reinaldo Sanguino. The commitment to the environment is also exemplary. For example, there is an in-house marine biologist and sustainability manager. The goal of the resort is to become plastic-free, avoid waste and treat the environment as gently as possible.
Guests are spoiled with culinary delights in the resort's four restaurants: whether Italian specialities in "Bellinis", Japanese gourmet cuisine in "Saoke" or international cuisine in "Vandhoo" - the finest pleasure awaits everywhere!
The island's spa also scores points all along the line. The ESPA Spa offers individually tailored treatments and highly trained staff. In the 8 treatment rooms, wellness enthusiasts can unwind with a view of the sea or the garden and let themselves be pampered from head to toe.
