The European Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof is located in one of the most energetic places in Tyrol, on the high plateau of the Thiersee Valley. Hotel Sonnhof offers a wide range of Ayurveda cures and programs such as EA® Detox, EA® Balance and EA® Medical Health Care, which are individually tailored to the needs of guests. Guests can also look forward to an extensive wellness offer with various saunas, a panoramic indoor pool, an inspiring "Hol' Kraft" fountain and a variety of heat therapies. There are 12 treatment rooms and 3 doctors' rooms available for individual wellness treatments.
The kitchen conjures up delicious dishes from organic and regional ingredients, complemented by products from their own farm. At Hotel Sonnhof, guests experience a unique combination of traditional Tyrolean hospitality and Far Eastern healing arts for unforgettable relaxation.
